30 DAY GUARANTEE

If Nashati is not for you, return it within 30 days of delivery
for a full refund. Used or unused.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Message us on WhatsApp at +961 71 411 168 or email
nashati.support@gmail.com with your order number and the name on
the order. We will arrange collection with our courier.

Return collection within Lebanon is free.

REFUNDS

Once your return reaches us, your refund is issued within 7
business days. Card orders are refunded to the original card.
Cash on delivery orders are refunded in cash through our
courier, or by OMT transfer if you prefer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your inhaler arrives damaged, or you received the wrong
scent, message us within 48 hours with a photo. We replace it
at our cost, no return required.

EXCHANGES

Prefer a different scent instead of a refund? Tell us when you
open the return and we will send the replacement with the same
courier run.
